The Director & Founder

Civil Engineer, turned passionate traveler, Mountaineer and Trekker. The Director and Founder of "Himalayan Passion" has been leading treks for 7 years. Certified with Basic mountaineering Course. An avid traveler, and story teller, writer with knowledges of different regions of Himalayas & mythological stories. Holds a special interest in cultural diversities of different regions of the mountains. Keeps the team energy high, and always motivates the team members to their best. Fluent in speaking English, Bengali, Nepali, Hindi, Garhwali.

Dr. Sourav Ray

Co Founder & Medical Officer

Professionally Doctor, turned passionate traveler, Mountaineer, trekker, cyclist and also a long distance runner. Co founder and Director of "Himalayan Passion" has been leading treks and Mountaineering Expeditions for 6 years. Certified with Basic Mountaineering Course. Achieved Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mt. Elbrus, is a travel vlogger, videographer and holds special interest in long running, sky-running, cycling. Keeps the team spiring high, and motivates the team members to their best, highly skilled in navigation and trail marking. Fluent in Speaking English, Bengali, Hindi.

Technical Coordinator and Slope Manager

Arindam Patra

A sports climber, participated and earned multiple podium finish in Zonal & National Sports climbing Championship. Certified with Basic and Advanced Mountaineering Course, also a long distance runner. Now a national climbing judge, holds amazing knowledge in Sport Climbing, Rock Climbing, Technical Climbing. Keeps the team members bonded and motivates the members to their best. Has been leading several mountaineering expeditions in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Fluent in Speaking English, Hindi, Bengali.

Marketing and Social Media Manager

Dipashree Paul

Former IT employee, now Marketing and social Media Manager of Himalayan Passion. Starting with Phokteydara Singalila Phalut Trek, she became highly interested in Mountaineering and Trekking Activities. She completed her Basic Mountaineering Course from NIMAS (awarded with '2nd best trainee' title), Arunachal Pradesh, and explored many regions of Himalayas on her own, have been a part of Mountaineering Expedition as well. She holds special interests in Yoga and Meditation, and a Yoga Instructor herself. Fluent in speaking English, Bengali, Hindi.

Trek Leader

Suman Das

Trek Leader of Himalayan Passion. Qualified with both Basic and Advanced Mountaineering Course from Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, has been a part of various Mountaineering Expeditions in Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Summited Mount Shinkun West (6127m). And led few trekking teams as well, he holds special interest in long distance Cycling, has been a part of Kolkata-Dhaka Maitri Cycling Tour. He is in charge of our field activities and will manage our expedition team as well in near future. Fluent in speaking English, Bengali, Hindi.
